Outlook Express Instructions
for adding a Signature to your outgoing e-mail messages
*Note: Do not have a new message open or the
Tools option on your toolbar will not be display a Stationery
option in your Tool Menu.
- On the word Tools
from the menu at the top of your Outlook Express.
- Click on the word Options.
- Click on the Signatures
button.
- Under the Signature
Settings be sure to check the box "Add
signatures to All outgoing messages."
- Under the Signatures
section you may Add a new signature or use the default
"Signature #1."
- Under the Edit
Signature section, be sure that "TEXT" is
selected and type or paste whatever signature you want
into the box.
- Click the Apply
button and then OK.
- Asignature will now be
added to all of your outgoing messages.
Try these instructions if you
have an older version of Outlook Express
*Note: Do
not have a new message open or the Tools option on your
toolbar will not be display a Stationery option in your Tool Menu.
- On the Tools menu
of Outlook Express, click Stationery.
- On the Mail tab,
Click the signature button and in the new window
'checkmark' the signature option - "include
in outgoing mail messages".
- Click the 'text'
option and type in that block whatever
signature information you wish to be added to all of your
outgoing messages. Click apply and then OK
and wa-la - a signature will be added to all outgoing
messages.
