How to Change your Sreen Resolution to 1024 x 768 Pixels to Better Accomodate The Poetic Link and many other Web Sites on the Net!
Read Through ALL of the directions below FIRST... Then do the steps! The last few steps can be confusing if you don't know what to expect so read through them ALL First!
One
final thing be sure to MAXIMIZE your Browser Window!
Use the Box just
left of the small X in the Upper Right Corner of your Browser
Window. Clicking the box toggles between Maximized / Normal Views.
Click your
'Start Button'
Click on 'Settings'
Click on 'Control Panel'
Double-click 'Display'
Select the 'Settings' tab
Slide the bar
under 'Screen Area' until it shows '1024 by 768 pixels'
Change the Colors to 'High Color (16 bit)'
Click the 'Apply' button
If asked... Select 'Apply the changes without rebooting'
** Accept the NEW Display Settings, otherwise your screen will go
back to your old settings!
Click OK to the
'Display Properties' (this will close it)
Close the 'Control Pannel' (use the X in top right corner)
Get back to surfing the net!
Be sure your Browser window is *MAXIMIZED* by clicking the box
just left of the X in the Upper Right corner of your Browser!
