Life song

Melody bring me home...start from here and lead me on. This tune lifts my heart to feel my spirit soar through its words. Have the rythm use my limbs and move within the divine love. Call we the likes of Manyawi and Mudzima to be pleased Tunes that soothe my soul take me there to court my love The melody charts the course and the way of the heart. Light notes touch my soul as fingers lightly on soft flesh The muse of lyrics fills my mind and unfolds the passion Drums that bring the dead to death and cadence to the armies quieted along these wonderous nights, loss is not a want.  The prayer of Jubal is done in song and the Divine is pleased Do not disturb that scene with acts that belong to man alone. Let the drums call the dance and the drums start the trance The beat shall not slow life but steady its heart. The only prayer is music and dance is the procession to the alter of the gods, with the muse of song leading the way.  Kirabo
