As a Woman Leaves

As A Woman Leaves   Staying is dying -- her life must move on. She could try further but truth is the bomb That leaves nothing more but to go out the door.   Her own care can't fix it. It is his to begin. She sees how he thinks. She sees under his skin.   Love that is lost won't return - that is sure. Blaming and greed have laid waste to what's pure.   Her words are like icicles that melt as she writes. Yet her pen carries none of his anger and spite. She will comfort her heart with Giving-she knows how.  Living is awesome and precious and now. You see, how it is with the way of the soul- Now that it's over - She's empty but whole.
