Scenes from the Nightmare

The door frame cracked a report in muddy water  Shivering    the blade angled      as he struggled to control her hands   Loud screams     Loud banshee wails "Help, me,  Oh God, help me." The puppy howling as his voice, her voice   combined. No choices They whisked her away. Back Back back down The fish bowl held tightly  in her trembling hands. The doctor's voice traveled distorted by muddy water  "Does God speak to you?   Do you hear him on the radio?  Do you see him    at the foot of your bed?" No choices,  they locked her away       Tied her down Back, Back, back down "My word against yours.    Sign the paper" In the asylum she told them. "The frame on the window  cracked a report in icy air. Shivering    his body angled            as he struggled  to control  my hands." She lay her head down. Back Back  back down. No choices    back down   "My word against yours.    Sign the paper" In the asylum she told them. "The frame on the window  cracked a report in icy air. Shivering his body angled as he struggled to control my hands." She lay her head down. Back Back  back down.
