Spring Tiptoes

Coy Spring lightly steps Winter clutches at her skirts She charms with a rainbow melting his frozen scowl A slight breath of warmth a wisp of softer color scattered and splattered among brown shades of waste The sun spreads her magic Slipping past icy howls fragrant footprints follow scents lifted by balmy breeze Robins echo her laughter chirping her message of birth seeds rouse in soil's cool womb delicate buds stretch and burst Her wind whispers grace naked landscape slowly warms  pretty pastel shades sprinkle green garments gently spread Daffodils open to her smile soft pink and white blossoms  casually adorn bare branches flowers in the wake of quiet life Spring shyly tiptoes past

Additional Notes:
As Spring makes her lovely appearance here in Alabama, she sparked this poetic song. I purposely left out punctuation
