The Irony Of Phony Acts

Dozen of roses won’t hurt an aching heart          But its thorns could To forget is a good start      In healing wounds Thousands of success can’t dress a dreaming man      When envy rules From beginning ‘til the end      There is failure The warmth of a helping hand can make one burn      After the need Expect something in return      Is foolish deed -  The irony of phony acts     Though little it may be     Will forever haunt the hunchback     Whose falsehood he carries
