Paintbrush

If I had a paintbrush  to limn o’er blues of sorrow gloss with Crimson, Carmine, and Cayenne, my brush would paint them happy with tinges of serenity. If I had a paintbrush to glide atop ebonies of pain and grief,  my brush would lace in hues of  Violet, Lilac, and Lavender. My brush would paint them radiant. If I had a paintbrush I’d color you by my side to be my Chamois sunshine, Salmon sunset, and Sirius night. My brush would sweep away tears. If I had a paintbrush parched it would be, no color to brighten bristles of pallor. It would paint you gone, staining my doleful being in shades of cloudy Grey... streaks of melancholy.
