Springtime In Kentucky

Springtime In Kentucky The moon shines beneath the cloud to give us a lighted glow  The ground is treated after it's plowed for flower gardens to grow. The night has passed, now a new days' dawn our flowers are starting to bloom The sun comes up to shine on the lawn  sharing life in natures'  room. The earth is damp from the fallen dew to quench the thirst of plants Nature's ceiling of a soft white and blue helps make our flowers dance. The bluish tint of the beautiful bluegrass blowing in the winds It's only blue, when it's new grass a springtime sign nature sends.  The meaning of spring, that flows in the air to watch new life begin Kentucky's springtime, with nature's full care the season I love within.
