An Evening Walk Through The Desert

Evening chill felt as the sun hides  behind the earths veil, night dimly lit by moonbeams. Parched earth blown by cool breezes, deserts landscape  being reshaped by the wind. Sand dances, darkness falls there is beauty here, but sand and black  has hidden it. Silence sweeps in as if brought by the moon. Lack of sound, forcing self-reflection. Sky glows amber, morning slowly ascends bringing with it,  the gift of sight. You journey beyond carcasses of dead dreams, mirages of dreams yet to be, to find bounty awaits you. Softly hearing a streams serenade knowing in the distance water abounds. Catching a scent of bushes with berries, realizing your hunger will be filled. The soul and the spirit can be renewed, soothed, even in the driest of deserts but one much journey, looking for the bounty that awaits them just beyond their sight.
