Poetic Truth

The poet spends a lifetime  and his cherishment for words eloquently twisting truth from abstract to the absurd. Disguising all profanity prejudiced by space and time seeing past until perfection stealing only what may rhyme. Never fooled by mankind’s harshness bent and crippled by its hate losers dwell on what is ugly the un-seduced can’t capitulate. He uncovers nature’s landscapes live the beauty feel the frail from the tiny rock in lichen to the largely precious whale. Everyone of us must work to live the beauty surrounding life wanting something else to save us from all to easily seen strife. Hopelessness is the poets partner he just never lets it show fools gold in his words of wisdom reaping good where his seeds grow. Talks of life when he is dying looks the devil in his eye writes of hope when all’s despairing makes us smile as we cry.
