silence

In the sacred silence of within beyond self made walls of dispair regret and ego are those who went before  slipping in  the Eastern Door They circle right and sit waiting for you and I to quiet to the Heartbeat to hear the songs of old the stories the legends told The wind she whispers the earth holds the sound of Ancestors and children who walked this Sacred ground ringing clear in silence for an ear to hear There will always  comes a time  when in order to grow to complete the Lesson we must rest watch Listen to the All That Is Not in active pursuit but in quiet reflection hightened awareness of what the stillness truly is There are consequences an outcome to the mind that takes time seperated from the days race being content to Listen to absorb to all that is freely given In the sacred silence of within
