Word For Word

The honest word will not distort, when spoken from the heart so chaste, and makes it clear, the just purport.  Ill intentions sound in retort, asserting thoughts to be erased. The honest word will not distort. Artful tyrants twist and contort. The truth alone will be embraced and makes it clear, the just purport. Therein lives the strength to thwart. Glorious swords may lie encased. The honest word will not distort. Heirs of lies will meet with deport.  The soul deserves to be so graced and makes it clear, it's just purport. Absent the need to find comport by speaking pure thoughts, words enlaced. The honest word will not distort and makes it clear, the just purport.
