Definitely Not Hallmark

I have been places and have seen the world Through my eyes and others I have yet to share love as experienced with you You are the antithesis of what I knew before Your loving care to my self is un-measurable I have had to learn all over again That love comes not in things one can measure But in the depth of your eyes that link to your soul Feeling your rhythmical breathing at night Feeling the warmth of being close Is like the waves caressing the sands And watching the tiny rivulets of water  As they seek to find the moment to re-enter  Their birthplace Within these walls of the bedroom I seek rest and comfort From which I do not want to escape  Until morn breaks in with sunshine And a smile upon your face And my arms about your body
