Thank You Grandma, from Laurie

This poem was written by my  Grandmother, July 1960 on a trip from Minnesota to California  with Mom, Dad, Larry, Laurie, & Linda "In the hot wilds of Nevada, to amuse the kidlets" Laurie is a horsethief, Larry is another, they are very much alike, 'cause he is her brother. Larry has a crooked nose, Laurie's eyes are crossed, Larry leaves his clothes around, anywhere there're tossed. Laurie loves to draw and write on anything she sees. Larry is a naturalist and loves to climb the trees. Both of them are bad sometimes, sometimes both are good, but I love them very much, as a Grandma should. 1960 Adeline Canning
