Scratching

My cat meowed And scratched the door Crying for his breakfast   Sleepy and  Annoyed I left him for an hour   He did not curse When I let him in Nor spitefully turn his nose   Just grateful For his bowl of food God-like I presented   And so I meow  At God’s door A stray in from the ally   If I scratch Will it annoy him? It’s been more than an hour
