Daddy's Little Princess....

I'm Daddy's little princess made of all kinds of sweetness. Sugar and spice and everything nice... All tucked in bed nice and tight. Oh aren't I a cute little sight?  I'm waiting for Daddy to kiss me night, night. And turn on my night-light. So cute and sweet, Daddy says a Prince I'll one day meet. Oh boy wouldn't that be neat? I'm married now, all dressed in white. They say I'm a beautiful sight. Oh why didn't I just take flight? Look at me now, bruises on me...for the entire world to see. What happened to the Prince I was to meet? What have I done now ...to deserve to be beat? I thought I was vowed love...not this deceit. I'm on my own now, with a baby to care for. What lies ahead, I'm not quite sure. I still dream of the Prince I'll one day meet. I will not give up and claim defeat. My dreams will be real...someone will one day care what I feel. Cause Daddy says I'm his little Princess yet...so I know that a Prince I shall get!
