If you only but knew...

What your friendship means to me You've opened my eyes and finally made me see You entered my life in a most unusual casual way Oh but how I remember that day, how you took my breath away. You have renewed my once thought long lost dreams  My feelings of being lonely and lost, so far away now seems. If you only but knew.... Seeing your smiling face, getting to know your beautiful heart Of my life, you have become such an important part. Each time we spoke, your beautiful words made my heart soar. When each time you left me, I was always left aching for more. What a truly special man I think you are Why must we live so many miles and miles afar. But, of this I am most certain of our friendship to be true That as long as I have you in my life I'll never be blue. If you only but knew....
