A New Begining Tears in the eyes, Of a brokenhearted child, With hopes and dreams, Yet to be reconciled. Her emotions escape her, Through her body of fear, Like an insane hunter, Unable to kill the deer. Yet why is she crying? Nobody knows, She's falling apart, Like a withering rose. She craves comfort and support, A simple little hug, What's pulling on her heart, Is no longer just a tug. Her head is full of thoughts, As reality sets in, Suddenly she realizes, There's a new life to begin. Three months she'll say goodbye, Leaving many footsteps behind, Everything she's learned, Her memory will now rewind. The past she'll hold forever, Her dreams she's off to chase, The track of life she's ready to run, It's time to win the race! |
