E-mail Loving Introduced as: male, aged, single, lonely, loving, kind. Thus described your perfect paramour upon an email note. Imagination is slotted to fly to the heights of sky. And thus it began: Hi Mary……… Dear Joe, I am, you are? How wonderful this is! Well-contrived sentences displayed and positioned. All words spell checked and punctuated. A repertoire of communicational and philosophic verbiage showing each as a perceptive soul. A bit of humor here and there mixing it up for fun! What joy! In the romp-full fun-full play in e-mail hay, I saw no ploy! Nothing told of trickery or lack of honor. Those plagues never lay over the page nor were they read by I between the lines. I never thought of our intent. And the plot grew thicker, deeper, more entangled. Joe claimed he was my lover, and I the bestest 'sweetie'. I fell into the pool of ideas of whom I thought him to be. What a fellow! In my mind, he was of course 'the most'. But transmissions became distanced and shorter became the notes. I prayed my computer not falter or he would then become unreachable. Like with a flip of the switch it could all go. Oh no! Still I believed in the magic. After all I've each message saved to 'save' on my computer of note. Writings must be true of him in the hue of love! And then it stopped! As quickly as had begun. That was the end of the e-mail fun…………. Oh no, he just wrote it's been months. He can't live without hearing from me. He wants always to be my e-mail friend, till the end. |
