empty questions

Would you turn me away from your door    if I was hungry and poor? Would you turn me away from your heart    Because you didn’t think I was “as” smart? Would you turn me away from your Temple gate    because you saw love instead of hate? Would you turn me away from your poetry    because you couldn’t see what I could see? Let’s get down to brass tacks here FDR said there is nothing to fear (but fear itself) Let’s break bread and have some booze What the hell, there’s nothing to loose Except fear itself!

Additional Notes:
I am getting tired of poets who don't want to "hear".
