The Voyage of Hell

It was dark Hardly any light save for the open hatch The smell unbearable Urine,  Defecation, and sweat Tall and proud his body covered in sweat -  Black sweat His pectorals chiselled and strained against  his chains as he cried out -  “Nisaidie, tafadhaki” “Nimekasirika” “Moleafumie!” The boat heaved with the  swells The human cargo endured.

Additional Notes:
I was debating whether or not to translate...the language is Swahili.
