Her Beauty Caused Me To Blush The moment I saw this entrancing lady
her beauty caused me to blush
I turned away to avoid leering
but my eyes became fixed on hers
My heart was pounding as a warmth feeling filled me
All day long and through the night
my mind flashed images of her stunning beauty
I had finally found the angel of my dreams
Then upon a chance introduction
her smile gave needed inspiration
Courting her was a joyous jubilation
We married and after a while
our love bore us a daughter
One day a young man will see her and say
her beauty causes me to blush. |

Paul,
Lovely tribute to your wife and daughter.
You are a very lucky man to know such joy.
It is so rare to love her as much or more today after the years.
I like the simple but deep first impressions, and I like that your
dreams were fulfilled.
Your love of family radiates through your perfect wording.
I'm pleased having read this
thanks for giving out happiness!

Paul,
This was truly a delight. You are beaming with pride and deep felt emotion through out. Your daughter and wife are so fortunate to have such a caring and understanding/all seeing person such as you to share life with. Would it be that all of us should be so fortunate to be viewed with such eyes as yours and then honored with such an accomplished write as you've done here. Very enjoyable and re-affirming; there is still chivalry in our world, sensitive respect of the other gender. Bravo, kudos to you.
Best always,
Lora

Paul....what a beautiful tapestry of words you have woven here to honor femininity. I adore happy endings, too. This has so much affection and adoration interlaced in your sentences. Such a soft and tender write. Ah...the joys of a child, as well. Just one misspell ~ warm instead of warmth may read better. Though it was not a detraction from this lovely write! Thank you, Paul, for touching my heart with this poem. She is a lucky woman, indeed. Thanks for sharing, my friend. Well Done! :)
My Best Always,
Mary

A nice one indeed. Some men do not speak what is in their hearts so others may hear but you have brought love from the start into a relationship and I am certain some day another young man will feel the same way about your daughter. I love the images you present with the flare of your pen my friend. Perhaps you will continue this into another one.....God Bless, Claire
