Shedding the Tears

I’m shedding the tears my father could not Expressing fears he stifled For sadness constrained turns into rage Trapped fear comes lashing out Tears unshed become bitter Turning sweet only as they fall

Kenneth,' Sadness turn into rage? I'm surprised! I guess it must come out as something. Sometimes I feel such sorrow for the past......people dead, things undone, but I never dreamt ikt would show as anger. But that could be so. A new insight. Thank you. I wan't the sweetness of letting it all go... Interesting. Dellena

Hi Kenneth...I liked this when I read it on the forum and still do. I have know people that showed anger when it was them that was afraid and tried to inflict that fear on others. This is such a sadness for a child to endure. Glad you posted this again....Marilyn
