Listen

he turns to me and says listen then doesn't breathe a word so I listen to the sunset her colors singing sweetly while being devoured by the sea screaming and sizzling tears stream down my face shining rivers I feel so human lately as I smile at the storm clouds and listen to the rain as the sky weeps with me wet rivulets racing down her countenance sobs shake my body as I wonder if he understands what has been evoked in me I feel so helpless now I'm beginning to forget where I leave off and the world begins.
