funes i have a memory. vague but mine. of a boy who held a flower in his hand. until it became a part of him. like breathing. some things i cannot understand. in a dark room he remembers me. every gesture. every word. eternal consumption and regurgitation of memory. beyond understanding. beyond thought. he received and held. the birth and death of motion and stillness when he saw heaven breathe. |
