Redemption

She walks in beauty like the deepest pit of hell... A monster of her own creation... Self-loathing a constant companion... Masked by ego and desire. Her battle-scarred form... Blending into the nightmare landscape... Where angels fear to tread... Created by her inner darkness. Brittle hands reach out... Grasping for the innocence of light... Whispering words of seduction... In a stolen voice. Caressing the beguiled... With her frigid flesh... Tainted by the noxious scent... Of self-abuse. Exisiting only for pain... She revels in her vicious attacks... Long blaming others... For a soul past redemption.

Additional Notes:
I promise not all of my work is this dark! I went through a period about a year ago when I felt I was losing control of my life due to a rather unsavoury female. Poetry like this is what happens when I get angry...I don't fight it out, I write it out!
