Control

In the obsession to control it shows    the moments in between it goes Sliding like a snake out of burrow    taking life in hypnotic subtle While we all trance in some bubble We own not even self and that despised     so guileless tender mind imprecise Wisdom not taken to knowing ever     thinking redundancy if calmly clever Answers some spark of truth but never Why do I see it in your eyes so fine     but not in mine

I have never thought of control the way in which you present it. How loss of control to someone else, or something else can be seamless even justified. When i read this poem I think about addiction.
