In the Wake

In the lull of aftermath is only       the peeling back of despair When the unacknowledged reaches        the marrow through and through there When the taste of blood renews upon basin       trinkling at times so seemingly wasting When the blame wonders from one to another       undecided who to worry or bother When the ocean is bled of life undecided why       so many of its life comes to land to die When confusion becomes the veil between         problem and solution When war seems diverting in contrast              saying the word, FUKUSHIMA

I love your poetry JC; your specific talent is to take words and phrase them in such a poetic style - What you're saying is comprehended in the way all poets should strive to be able to do. On my list- as you write and make this reader wanting more - Blessings, Deni

Ahh Yes. Death by Capitalism. I like how you give blame a life of its own wondering around like a newly made orphan wondering where it should lay its head. Bravo

Great poetry. Especially loved "In the lull.." and "When confusion becomes...". We know far too much than what we can responsibly handle (pretty much applies to all things about mankind). Pandora's box is open and we aren't quite ready. "When will they (we) ever learn?" Wonderful post, sweet, poignant. Always, my best, Mark
