Vagabond

I travel the roads of misfortune and snow And wander knowingly alone Although I don't carry sorrow's despair I chose the way with noble care Mirrored a civilization so cruelly unfair Shrouded in false half-truths And marred in a child's innocent blood Where arrogance replaces pride, Ignorance blots out knowledge, And greed tears at the seams of loyalty I chose to be placed with the few That distinctly are uncorrupt And shed their own blood For the stone-set beliefs of righteous morality I carry no misguided doubts of despair
