What day is this?

I get out of bed and tell Arthur Ritis and Ben Gay "Good Morning". What day is this, I wonder? Its getting harder to remember. I follow the aroma of fresh perked coffee. Ah, this is what I need. Now what was I looking for? Oh, the newspaper still  on the front porch. I open the door, crisp air is refreshing on my face. Now what day is this again? My stiff old body reaches down to pick up the neatly folded paper. Now where are my glasses? Right on the table where I left them. I thumb through the paper, What was I looking for? I remember now. I open the obituary page to see if my name is there I can't find it. What day is this anyway?

Additional Notes:
This is all in fun... When Mom and I get together we get each other laughing, the older we get the more we forget. Also whenever we buy the newspaper the first place we look is the obituary page. So hope you will enjoy!
