evolution the pond is almost empty except for a small puddle rain has poured into the bottom here, schools of amoebae swim frantically for land pushing tiny antenna into amphibian form but there is never enough time to evolve between rainfalls no one thinks to fill the pond since the last millennium when the gardener quit |
