One Heartbeat Away

The old elder sweet and sour, telling of things of a greater power. Causing me to stir up my mind, wanting me with the Lord to bind. To be mindful of the words spoken, which by Gods prophets were forespoken. Knowing scoffers, will walk after their lust. Saying where,is the One who is just? By the word of God the heavens were old, earth out of water as the story is told. Heaven and earth which are now, reserved unto fire He did avow. Be not ignorant of this one thing, the promised return of Christ our King. Concerning His promise He's not slack, not wanting that any would be kept back. Coming as a theif in the night, with a great noise showing His might. What manner of person should I be? Praying daily, for Christ to oversee. Looking for the coming day of Christ, new heaven and earth when we tryst. One heartbeat away from meeting God, prepareing for His coming a worthy jihad.
