Morning Splendor The darkened sky gives way To another dawning day As the sun again is rising It shines down where I now lay. I feel the warm caresses And as it creeps in I can see The bright rays dancing on the wall Calling-get up come join me! It's in these waking moments When the first light fills my eyes That I thank the Heavenly Father For this day and another sun-rise. |
