?

A voice from three heavens Must you live to die or die to live? I listened with intent Is life the genesis of death? It was questioned of me Or death the genesis of life? A pondering thought Which is the true beginning? Death of life holds a secret What must we know to find order? One must yield to the other On which pathway is wisdom? The voice spoke with direction Do beginnings seek on conclusion? I saw a natural harmony Can life exist without death? A revelation of candor before me What order do I seek? Living to die, dying to live Do I hear the distant voice? A quill writes what the heart directs...

Additional Notes:
A kind lady suggested this form be called "Conjoined Verse." Read the work in it's entirety. Then read the 1st, 3rd, 5th, and so on. Conclude and then read the 2nd, 4th, 6th through the ending. All three statements end in the last verse. The purpose of this poetic form is to create an opportunity to ask, state and answer within the framework of one writing. It is not a perfected form so please consider that as you read.
