Flame

Her smile is a lonely one, echoing of tears  and past injustices. Such a beautiful girl, clothed in bright orange and mysterious silences. She walks with her head held high, while the weight of wishes unfulfilled drags heavily on her slender shoulders. Scarred by bad choices, and others' indifference, her heart still dreams in fushcia and crimson. Her passions burn bright and true, waiting to embrace the one worthy of such a perfect flame.

Additional Notes:
Another simple poem, this time written about a colorful friend who can't seem to find 'the one'.
