Mother

Your gentle ways doth sooth my tender soul and capture its very essence. As I find myself enraptured by your beauty and grace, forever bound to those mem'ries that you have given me. I am always yours and you shall ever be mine, though time shall rob us of  our years; Come, lets bring forth to the world, and lay ourselves to rest, amid this bed of tears. We cannot escape the coming of age, nor can we relive those few if wondrous moments; Where time stood still, and our future lay only a breath away. Our hearts and soul lay in union, for all of humanity to see and to share; As the very image of mother and child be it the eternal cross, that which I must bare. Amid all this trial and tribulation, you were there, and I for you; We grow stronger as dusk becometh dawn, and bath in the warmth of the holy sun by James A. Papastamos
