Where are You?

My lips are dry without your kiss The warmth of your presence is no longer here Your caring and sharing are no more I can not see the beauty of your face or smell the scent of your cologne on your skin The comfort of your voice no longer I will hear Where will I find the safety and peace of mind that you offered? Today the wind blew gently across my face The sun shone warmly on my skin  A friend called and shared their day with me Driving home I saw the sunset The flowers I planted are blooming, and releasing their sweet fragrance Outside the window I heard the laughter of children Then one day I realized a forgotten pray had been answered
