a mothers heart I see the road laid out before them, I see the way I want it to lead. How do I get them there? How long will it be? With so many obstacles, So many unexpected turns. I see the temptations, I see the hurt that is to be. How can I free them of it? How can I keep them from the pain? I have to let them fly. Let them spread the wings of life. I pray, Lord, you will send angels. Watch over them. Watch over me. |
