Little Miss Tootie

When you were just a little girl The cutest sweetheart in the world. Your eyes so blue, of which I'm fond A beautiful little strawberry blonde. A lovely name no one can forget It is spelled, Jennifer Lynnette. Mamaw's where your name "Tootie" came from Not from your dad, nor from your mom. She thought you rated high in first place Loving you throughout life's great race. You're heart broken now that she's gone  A lovely lady, and her memories live on.  She enjoyed your visits, when she was able The love of Mamaw, whom I call Mabel. She was truly loved dearly by others A personality glowing with radiant colors. She was your dad's mom, sweet and kind Every year in March she comes to mind. When she left this world, I hope she knew. As an ex daughter-in-law, I loved her too.

Additional Notes:
One more little thought. To make it clearly Lynnette is my daughter and was nicknamed Tootie by Mamaw. Mamaw was an ex mother-in-law before she passed on. It didn't change my thoughts of her just because of the differencees I had with her son. Thanks for reading.
