She flew above while far below the world lay still in dreams, Soaring, sailing... through diamond studded black, *    *     * * *     *    * *    *     *    * fire (silk) blazing (whispers of) hard (soft) steel (feathered) wings against clouds +  \   \    0     0      \       \        * Into the storm...    of lives undone        of fates unknown            of love not found. then fell         *         *         *         *         * s          s     s   l         p     p    i        i     i     p     n        r      p    n        a       i     i     l        n  n    i           g n                              \/             \/             \/         down            \/            \/            \/ !CRASHING! lost and confused on rain (tear) soaked earth, with a broken wing. A damaged angel... bruised, battered, but oh so beautiful brought to mortal ground where I walked, stumbled, and... * * * fell held fast to earth by my own broken wing, alone in my thoughts... but alive in her dreams as she lived in mine. And we searched, through dream shattered shards, for mirrors of love separated only by time... ...but soon finding reflections of each other, and discovered we could ~~~ fly ~~~ with one wing (dream) when we wrapped it around one another.
