Autumnal Dance Autumnal tree branches swaying- colored swatches dancing. Sunlight laps up their hot and brazen display flickering across our beach starved eyes, while other leaves let go of the only home they know to jump and dance fearlessly in a fiery rainstorm. Swallowing up all the silent green, bestowing us with a thirsty deep pile carpet licking at our ankles in a merry swoosh-swooshing of parched laughter. |
