This is not a poem

Hello all:) I thought i would use one of my credit points to explain my Storm at Sea poem. A number of you have assumed that when i refer to God..that its OUR God... This poem was MEANT to be 'fanciful"..i PURPOSELY did not use capitals when referring to the god that the captain encountered !! HIS god was a self-centered, unforgiving god that doesnt DESERVE his name capitalized. I apologize to those of you who were offended by this poem..it was NOT meant to be disrespectful to the one TRUE God. I hope this note clarifies my true intent, and in closing, i would also like to thank each & every one of you for your insighful critiques... i think that everyone who submits their work(s) here are better from the experience.     William G.
