The Man in the Mirror

There's times I dont know who I am my own worst foe or trusted friend ? Remembered lies I've told to me, excuses made to set guilt free. But deep within my heart I see those lies are only hurting me. They help create a faceless mask that mars the image in the glass. 'Cause most times I don't like to be the person in the mirr'r i see. Who cannot face himself in truth longs once again for his sweet youth. In youth he'd get another try to take back every self-told lie. And stand on truth...on lies not flee remove the mask.... face only me. Who knows myself as well as I ? the promises, mistakes & lies that's made for me this self-made hell, in truth..I know myself too well. I'm no exception to the rule for one's true self is hard to fool. I've paid a very costly fee my price is that I don't like me.
