Pain's Ante

Sitting forever comatose Neurologically raped by televized pollution Mother Nature cut my umbilical cord Relinquishing the bond of peace Denied existence in the humble society Only the self-indulged hermit Forgets about his crumbling walls As great cities digress into oversized cemeteries Nations become spectators, on the stage Their siblings provide the entertainment As their people throw stones back and forth No longer wanting to aide in humanity Rather gamble on the final score We relish the thought of some others' pain When sitting several borders away
