-Breakdown-

Going through the woods, How relaxing it could be; Riding trails on horseback, It's just my horse and me. I sort out my thoughts and daydream, Relieving all my stress; Relaxing mind and spirit, Allowing me to rest. So many feel such anger, That they don't understand; Our minds and souls need time to rest, It's something they demand. We all need to clear our mind, Free our souls to dance; If not we risk a breakdown, I once took that chance. I did go through that breakdown, It's something sad to see; My mind was blank I did not move, I was just a hollow me.
