A Book's Binding

Blinded by love, I'm your book of brail Run your fingers over me, or just let them trail Down my silky spine as I begin to unveil That this book's not a mystery, but my fairytale. Open to a page and read what you can't see It's right here in front of you, the book that is me I wish I could trap you in the binding that be But words cannot hold you, through touch you are free. Now flip to the end, it's the old brittle page This story gets better, Baby, better with age We're cooking with fire, garlic, and sage This book is my play and life is my stage. The last chapter's not written, it's still up in the air But the author will write it with Her special flair It's based on a passion, a love that we share So come over and touch me and I'll take you there.
