Mother's Touch

When I was a little boy, there is nothing I loved so much,      as the comfort of my mother's touch. No matter what the problem may be,      mother always knew how to take care of me. Many fevers at times became severe,      but my praying mother was always near. There was no money or insurance then,      only Jesus as her special friend. Mom had no training or any college,      she looked to the Lord for all of her knowledge. Her work ended when she passed away,      and I miss her more and more each day. There are times when I feel a gentle wind,      that feels like she is with me once again. Then I whisper softly, " I love you so much,"      "thank you for your mother's touch.
