Forgotten ideals      cobweb-covered dreams      heart of paper mache      an automaton      veiled eyes      fashioned into a contemptuous gaze      plastic lips      curved sardonically      leering      sneering      yet, itself, an object of amusement      to those that are pretentious      attacking innocence      shattering hope      spilling from the severed head      like a piƱata      precious treasures      lost underfoot      destroyed in a mindless fury      by an uneducated lout      contaminated earth      soiled by dishonest sweat      subtext      subconscious      subliminal      designs upon another      the improved automaton      the perfect being      isn't human at all

Additional Notes:
for paper mache... I've tried spell-checking it but it offers me no fitting alternatives so if anyone knows the appropriate spelling (maybe it needs an accent) please let me know :>
