Bones To Pick

In North Carolina, I heard a state senator say women don't get pregnant when they are raped 'cause and I will quote him right here right now: "juices don't flow, body functions don't work." By the by... this senator, a periodontist, a bone man, hopes to eliminate state funds for abortion. Is this a new ploy to the blame the victim, for bringing unwanted life by some women into the world? or stupidity on the part of elder males, as he is, who want to possibly keep the feminine population under control in the kitchen, the nursery at any forceful, soul-annihilating cost? "To get pregnant,"he proclaims "takes a little co-operation. And there ain't much co-operation in a rape." Maybe sex education.... needs to be taught in Raleigh, Durham, Charlotte Asheville, Greenville, Mars Hill his home  town.... not just to school children but to all adults, especilly legislators trying to serve all, not selected, constituents.
